This Agreement is a contract between the Client (as identified in the Client Application Form, and Lucror Capital Markets LP (“LCM”). It sets out the terms under which LCM will provide its services to Clients. Please read it carefully and seek clarification of any points that may be unclear. The terms set out will come into effect, and the rights and obligations of the parties will apply, from the date of signing of this Agreement.
