Please carefully read the following license agreement. This FC33/FC34 Software License Agreement ("LICENSE AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between a purchaser and Yokogawa Electric Corporation ("Yokogawa"). You must agree to this LICENSE AGREEMENT to install or use the software product subject to the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. By installing or otherwise loading the software product on hardware, you agree to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT, you may not install nor use the software product and return it to a sales representative at your place of purchase or supplier. If you are not the end user of the software product, you must oblige the actual end user to agree and comply with this LICENSE AGREEMENT and, if you are a lease company, you must oblige the lease users to agree and comply with this LICENSE AGREEMENT.
