This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of establishing a partnership between NASA GRC and YOU to provide activities to engage, inspire and equip students that focus on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics ("STEM") careers. This collaboration is of mutual interest to NASA GRC and YOU, and is an overarching goal articulated in the Five-Year Federal STEM Education Strategic Plan, which calls on Federal agencies to create authentic learning experiences that encourage and prepare learners from diverse backgrounds to pursue STEM careers.
