This Construction Management‐at‐Risk Agreement (“Agreement”), by and between the Lone Star College (“LSC” or “Owner”) and (“Construction Manager”), referred to as “Party” individually or “Parties” collectively, shall become effective upon the date this Agreement has been signed by both parties (“Effective Date”).
