THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of January, 2023, by and between Dodge County (“County”), a quasi-municipal corporation organized pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Wisconsin Statutes with a principal place of business located at 127 E. Oak Street, Juneau, WI 53039, and Dodge County Housing Authority created pursuant to Section 59.53(22), Wis. Stats., with its principal place of business located at 491 East Center Street, Juneau, Wisconsin 53039, (“Housing Authority” or “Grantee”), collectively, the “Parties”.
