This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions between us and you for the provision of the Services and is made between CEE Sourcing Limited (a limited company registered in England under company registration number 11457795) (“CEE Sourcing” or “our” or “we” or “us”) and you the individual or organisation which registers to use the Service (or “you” or “your”).
