This Amendment Number [X] (the “Amendment”) hereby amends the [Title of Vendor Master Agreement for Software as a Service] (the “Agreement”) by and between Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (“Citizens”), a legislatively created Florida governmental entity, having its principal place of business at 2101 Maryland Circle, Tallahassee, Florida 32303, and [VENDOR NAME] (“Vendor”) having its principal place of business at [VENDOR ADDRESS]. Citizens and Vendor shall each be known as a “Party,” and collectively shall be known as the “Parties.” Unless expressly provided for in this Amendment, in the event of a conflict between the provisions contained in the Agreement and those contained in this Amendment, the provisions contained in this Amendment shall prevail.
