This PRECEDENT AGREEMENT (“Precedent Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 29th day of June, 2005, by and between Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline Limited Partnership, a New Brunswick limited partnership (“Pipeline”), and Anadarko Canada LNG Marketing, Corp. (“Customer”). Pipeline and Customer are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party”, or collectively as the “Parties”.
