This Commercial Agreement forms a legally binding agreement between (i) the Relevant NETS Entity or "we" or "us" or "our" (as the context requires); and (ii) the merchant which has applied for and/or is using any of the Services provided by the Relevant NETS Entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant" or "you" or "your", as the context requires).
