THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) made and entered into on this 1st day of January, 2013 by and between County Auditor’s, Office (County Detention) having an address of 601 E. Overland Avenue, El Paso, Texas, 79901-2554 (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”), and, ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corporation, a Delaware corporation, having an address of 114 Townpark Drive, Kennesaw, Georgia 30144 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, Contractor agrees to perform the services described herein and Purchaser or its members agree to pay the amounts described herein, all on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
