THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the ULSTER COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ALLIANCE, INC., a local development corporation formed under Section 1411 of the New York Not-For-Profit Corporation Law, with offices at 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York 12401 (the “UCEDA”), and JULIANN M. COLOTTI, an individual and sole proprietor doing business as BODIES BY COLOTTI, with an address of 612 Ulster Avenue, Kingston, New York 12401 (the “Contractor”), (each, a “Party;” together, the “Parties”).
