The general purpose of this Agreement is to estab- lish harmonious relations and maintain collective bar- gaining relations between the Employer, the Union, and its employees, and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and to maintain and establish wages, hours of work, and mutually satisfactory working conditions as herein pro- vided. Both the Employer and the Union recognize a duty to act in good faith.
