This Interconnection and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), entered into this 6th day of November, 2000, by and between Alaska Fiber Star, LLC (“AFS”), an Alaska Limited Liability Company, and ACS of Anchorage, Inc. (“ACS-ANC” or “ACS”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, local resale, and purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
