Cornerstone Payment Systems, hereinafter referred to as “Payment Gateway”, offers merchants various products and services relating to payment processing and other value-added services directly and through Third Party Service Providers. In order for you, on behalf of your company, to obtain or continue using the transaction processing services, payment gateway services and other value-added products and services, more fully described at cornerstonepaymentsystems.com as such descriptions may be changed from time to time (the “Payment Gateway Services”), you must agree to and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement (the “Agreement”). This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which you may utilize the Payment Gateway Services. Please read this Agreement carefully.
