This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (this “MOU” or “Agreement”) dated as of January 22, 2021, is made by and between the City and County of San Francisco, a municipal corporation (the “City”), acting by and through its Planning Department, Municipal Transportation Authority, and Mayor’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development, and the Regents of the University of California, on behalf of its San Francisco campus (“UCSF”) (collectively, the “Parties,” and each a “Party”) in connection with UCSF’s implementation of the Comprehensive Parnassus Heights Plan (the “CPHP” or “Project”) at its oldest and largest campus, which includes the UCSF Helen Diller Medical Center Program at Parnassus Heights.
