This Option Agreement (“Option Agreement”) is made as of by and between the Town of Simsbury, CT (“Owner”) and Simsbury Landfill Solar LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices located at 111 Speen Street, Suite 410, Framingham, MA 01701 (together with its nominee, “Optionee”). Owner and Optionee may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
