Students must complete this form and gain approval before they can be enrolled in ENVR 593. This form must be submitted here by last day of classes Spring semester, if the practicum will be done Summer semester. If you will complete your practicum Fall or Spring semester, this form must be submitted two weeks before the first day of the semester. This form must be completed and approved before beginning job responsibilities for the practicum for it to count for the ENHS culminating experience requirement. Contracts will generally be reviewed within a week of receipt. If approved, the ESE Academic Coordinator will register students and email them to confirm approval.
