This Contract and agreement is made and entered into by and between Shelby County Government hereafter referred to as the “COUNTY”” and the City of Millington hereafter referred to as the “Subrecipient”. The parties have severally and collectively agreed and by the execution on this Contract are bound to the mutual obligations and to the performance and accomplishment of the described tasks as identified within the Shelby County Action Plan approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) on March 29, 2011 and June 8, 2011 and hereafter amended and funded under P.L. 111-212.
