This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made this day of October 2014, by and between the County of McHenry, Illinois (“County”) on one hand, and United National Insurance Company (“United National”), London Insurers (as more fully defined herein) and Insurance Company of the West (“ICW”) (collectively, the “Insurers”), on the other hand. The County and the Insurers are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
