The following Terms of Settlement have been agreed between ACTRA and the Joint Broadcast Committee of the Institute of Communications and Advertising (ICA) and the Association of Canadian Advertisers (ACA) respecting the National Commercial Agreement. All of the provi- sions shall come into effect as of the date of ratification, save and except as specifically provided. Deleted language has been struck-out and proposed new language has been underlined. Language that already exists in the agreement has been left in plain text.
