INVITATION TO BID Owensboro Municipal Utilities will receive sealed bid proposals until 2:00 P.M. (CST) on July 18, 2017 (prevailing time) at which time proposals will be opened and read aloud for the: BID No. 17-07-040ESS ANNUAL DRAGLINE /EXCAVATOR OPERATION AND BY-PRODUCT PUG MILL MOVEMENT AGREEMENT Owensboro Municipal Utilities (OMU) requests bids s for dragline/excavator work and movement of by-products through the operation of the pug mills, and transfer of such materials on the OMU site, located at OMU Production Facilities, Elmer Smith Station, St. Route 144 East, Owensboro, KY 42303. This is an annual service agreement with OMU’S optional annual extension of service for a maximum renewal of four additional one-year agreements, total service agreement not to exceed 5 years. OMU reserves the right to award bid to multiple bidders.
