This Release of Liability and Recreational Advisory (the “Release”) is between Campbell Global, LLC (Campbell Global), as Authorized Agent of the real property located in Snoqualmie, Washington (and known as the “Snoqualmie Tree Farm), for the various owners thereof (the “Owners”), and Account Holder (the “Permittee”) and Family Companions as applicable (defined as one (1) legally married spouse or domestic partner and related minor children (the “Family Companions”). Permittees Permit allows temporary access to the Snoqualmie Tree Farm on a non-exclusive basis, for recreational purposes only.
