(“ ”) hereafter (“Ambassador”) and “Le Nu Spa” hereafter (“Company”). For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Product Utilization: Brand Ambassador will use products and share personal URL links with others; 2. Compensation: compensation will be tied to private URL and compensation will come directly from various individual organizations related to purchased products. Those organizations include but are not limited to: Le Nu Spa; N’Nive; Nu Skin, Atomy and any new organizations.
