WHEREAS it is the purpose of this Agreement to secure the full benefits of orderly Collective bargaining, an amicable method of settling any difference which may arise between the parties and to set forth the conditions of employment to be observed by the Company and the Union, so as to maximize the prospects of long term employment and business success by creating an environment to ensure the safety of all Employees, customer service and satisfaction, cost competitive operation, and harmonious and respectful working relationships.
