This Annex shall be for the purpose of collaborating with NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) to determine the parametric suitability of propulsion and thermal management technologies as they pertain to a range of high Mach commercial missions in the Mach 3 – 5 range. Such assessments will include not only the technology impact to thrust performance in Mach 3+ speed regimes, but also requirements for the thermal management system and any associated and integrated power generation and cabin systems.
