This End User Licence Agreement sets out the basis on which SUGARPOT makes the Products available to you (“User” or ”You”) and on which You may use them. SUGARPOT’s Privacy Policy (« Privacy Policy ») which can be found on www.sugarpot.co.in, forms an integral part of this EULA. By downloading, installing, copying, accessing or using this software, the Company agrees to this Agreement, you agree to accept and to be bound by
