The Customer has an obligation to inform the Company of any hazardous materials, working conditions, operations or processes on site with particular attention to the Health and Safety Act 1974, Construction Regulations 1994 and Control of Asbestos Work Regulations 1994. The Company reserves the right to withdraw employees from site if any significant hazard becomes apparent, and to make additional charges for interruption to programmed work.
