This Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is made and entered into as of the date the last authorized signature is affixed hereto by NOSOTROS Education Center, (“Contractor”) and Virginia Commonwealth University, a corporation and an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia, (“VCU”). Contractor and VCU are sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
