Florida limited liability company (“Landlord”), whose address is 777 Brickell Avenue, Suite #1360, Miami, Florida 33131, and BROWARD COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“Tenant”), whose address is 115 South Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, is entered into and effective as of the date this Lease is fully executed by the Parties (“Effective Date”). Landlord and Tenant are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” and individually referred to as a “Party.”
