This Data Processing Addendum (hereinafter referred to as the ”Agreement”) is established by the applicable BIPO entity, to help the Clients (hereinafter referred to as the ”Data Controller )(including but not limited to our end users and the organization operator)”) to govern the processing of personal data while using products and services from BIPO (hereinafter referred to as the ”Data Processor” or “Data Intermediary”). Data Subjects refer to any individual persons who can be identified, directly or indirectly. In this Agreement, Data Subjects may mean prospective, current, and former employees of BIPO customers, as well as related persons like family members of the employees.
