This Agreement describes Contractor’s duties and obligations with regard to all lines of business for which RME offers a Health Care Plan. The particular lines of business and categories of Covered Persons for which Contractor shall provide Health Care Services under this Agreement are set forth on Exhibit A. To the extent this Agreement describes duties and obligations for a particular line of business or category of Covered Person for which Contractor does not provide services, those duties and obligations are not applicable to Contractor or RME.
