The original agreement was entered into the first day of July, in the year 1995, by and between the Rhode Island Department of Mental Health, Retardation, and Hospitals (MHRH) and the Rhode Island Department of Human Services (DHS) for the purposes of delineating roles and responsibilities of the Division of Developmental Disabilities, Integrated Mental Health Services, and the Office of Rehabilitation Services in a collaborative program providing vocational rehabilitation services leading to employment outcomes.
