This Prairie Village North Conditional Annexation and Zoning Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2005, by and between Dubois Land, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company; Prairie Village North, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company; Prairie Home Builders, Inc., a Nebraska corporation; and Ryland Group, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company hereinafter collectively referred to as “Owner”; and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City.”
