This Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace (the “Contract”) sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the licensing of Software from the licensor (“Licensor”) by the Party subscribing to the Software (“Customer”) through the AWS Marketplace, whether deployed via AMI or SaaS. The offer of the Software as a Standard Contract Listing on the AWS Marketplace, and Customer’s purchase of the corresponding Subscription on the AWS Marketplace, constitutes each Party’s respective acceptance of this Contract and their entry into this License Agreement. Customer and Licensor may be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
