This Agreement and/or Purchase Order is in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and may be eligible for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) reimbursement under section 501 (b) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121-5207 (the “Stafford Act”). Accordingly, the following additional terms apply to this Agreement and/or Purchase Order. To the extent of any conflict between the terms set forth in this Addendum and other terms set forth in the Agreement and/or Purchase Order, the terms of this Addendum shall control. As used herein, the term "Supplier" includes Supplier and its sub-suppliers at any tier. As used herein, “UC” refers to The Regents of the University of California, a corporation described in California Constitution Art. IX, Sec. 9, on behalf of the UC Locations identified in the Agreement and/or Purchase Order.
