Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security, (hereinafter referred to as “JOGMEC”) and COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as “COMPANY”) hereby agree that subject to the terms and conditions hereunder, COMPANY (the registered address) will assign its associate individual as Lecturer and JOGMEC shall invite the Lecturer to its facilities located at 1-2-2 Hamada, Mihama-ku Chiba-city, Chiba 261-0025 Japan and the Lecturer shall provide JOGMEC with a technical seminar (hereinafter called “the Services”).
