THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) dated as of the date (the “Effective Date”) the customer (“Customer”) signs up for Socure services through the Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) Marketplace (the “Marketplace”), is entered into by and between Socure Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Socure”) with its principal place of business at 330 Seventh Avenue, Suite 200, New York, New York 10011, and the Customer. By signing up for Socure services through the Marketplace, Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
