The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Langley Research Center, located at Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA 23681 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA LaRC")" and the United States Army, S3, 7th Transportation Brigade, located at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5019 (hereinafter referred to as "Army"), enter into this Interagency Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "IAA") in accordance with the Space Act, Other Transactions Authority (OTA), 51 U.S.C. § 20113(e). NASA and Army may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
