This Master Services Agreement for Advanced Life Support Ambulance and Emergency Medical Services (“Agreement”), is dated as of January 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) between Ambulnz NY2, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices located at 453 Robinson Avenue, Newburgh, NY 12550 (“Ambulnz”), and the City of Beacon, a municipal corporation with offices located at 1 Municipal Plaza, Beacon, New York 12508 (the “City”). Ambulnz and the City sometimes are referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
