This Independent Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on (“Effective Date”), by and between City of Gallup, NM, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Enchantment Energy Consulting, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Contractor”). The City and Contractor are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
