This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of October 16, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Medbox, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and C. Douglas Mitchell (the “Executive”), a California resident.
