This contract and the attached terms and conditions and schedules form the entire contract between Triscribe Limited, a company registered in Scotland Number SC496877, the Company or the Supplier, and XXX NHS TrustTrust, the Trust. The contract is valid from the date of completion of the Setup Period outline in Schedule 8 for 12 months. If anything in the terms and conditions is inconsistent with this contract, the terms and conditions take precedence unless specifically amended by this contract.
