This Contract for Design Professional Services is made and entered into this 6th day of August, 2015 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., a North Carolina Corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Design Professional”.
