These Standard Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the documents to which they are attached (“Attachments”). The Attachments and the Terms are together the “Agreement.” The Agreement is between Intelligrated Systems, LLC (“Seller”) and the party listed (“Buyer”) in the Attachments. Notwithstanding any terms in Buyer’s purchase order, or any other documents, the Agreement is an offer, valid for acceptance by Buyer and any response issued by Buyer is an acceptance. Any preprinted terms in Buyer’s purchase order, or any other documents are not a part of this Agreement.
