(hereinafter referred to as” PARTICIPANT”) and the Regents of the University of Michigan, a Michigan constitutional corporation located in Ann Arbor, Michigan for the benefit of the Obstetrics Initiative Collaborative, (hereinafter referred to as “OBI”) and collectively, “Parties”. OBI is comprised of participating maternity hospitals working to address variation in obstetric care in the state of Michigan through continuous self-assessment and quality improvement efforts.
