This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of August 27, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Texas Division of Emergency Management, a member of The Texas A&M University System (“A&M System”), an agency of the state of Texas (hereinafter referred to as “TDEM”), and WellHealth, (hereinafter referred to as “PROVIDER”). TDEM and PROVIDER are sometimes hereinafter referred to as “Party” individually or “Parties” collectively.
