THIS AGREEMENT FOR MURINE EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Texas A&M AgriLife Research (”AgriLife”), a Member of the Texas A&M University System (“SYSTEM”) and an agency of the State of Texas on behalf of the Texas A&M Institute for Genomic Medicine (“TIGM”), an institute of AgriLife; and the entity and/or persons signing this Agreement below as Customer ("Customer"). The parties to this Agreement are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
