LTD. ACN 000 154 067 a company incorporated in the State of New South Wales and having its principal place of business in the State of Western Australia at Suite 2, 72 Melville Parade, South Perth (hereinafter called “the Company” in which term shall be included its successors and permitted assigns) of the other part.
