THIS IS AN AGREEMENT made as of January 01, 2021, between the CITY OF CANAL WINCHESTER, with its main office located at 36 South High Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110 (CITY) and EMH&T, Inc., an Ohio Corporation with its main office located at 5500 New Albany Road, Columbus, Ohio 43054 (CONSULTANT). This agreement shall be in effect until December 31, 2023. This agreement may be extended beyond the identified term with mutual agreement of both parties.
