PAYMENT: Terms of payment are net 10 days. Payments due for 30 days or more shall be considered past due. For each month or part of a month thereafter interest shall be charged at the maximum lawful rate. Lessee agrees to pay Lessor at Lessor’s office or as directed, the rental for said equipment, for not less than the minimum due rental period as defined herein, and for such other time thereafter and until Lessee returns said equipment to Lessor’s place of business as provided herein. Lessee agrees to pay for missing and/or damaged equipment within ten days after billing.
